Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-16

The one-line version

This site asks you for nothing, has no sign-up and uses no cookies to work out who you are. It does show Google advertising, which may leave cookies in your browser; below we explain how to turn personalisation off.

Who runs this site

This site is Tutorio Lab. For anything to do with this policy, write to hola@tutoriolab.com.

What we collect

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter, and your email is never requested. We do not store your name, your email or your IP address in any system of ours.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare logs the requests it receives (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and to make the site work. Those logs belong to Cloudflare and are covered by its own privacy policy.

YouTube videos

Tutorials are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In that mode YouTube sets no tracking cookies until you press play. Once you do, Google's privacy policy applies.

YouTube API Services

To publish our tutorials on our own channels we use the YouTube API Services. It is our own private program and it only uploads our own videos to our own channels: it does not read, search or store data belonging to any other person or channel. By using those services we agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, which you can read at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms , and the Google Privacy Policy also applies, at https://policies.google.com/privacy . The only thing that program stores is an access token for our own channels, kept on the computer we publish from so that it does not have to sign in on every upload. That token is never shared with anyone and is deleted when access is revoked. If you ever authorised an application of ours with your Google account, you can revoke its access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions , which also deletes the stored token.

Advertising and measurement

This site is funded by Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads, and see or opt out of other vendors at aboutads.info. Turning it off does not remove the ads: it makes them less relevant. To know how many visits each tutorial gets we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which leaves no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow anyone between sites.

Your rights

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you have the right to know what data is held about you, to request a copy, and to ask for it to be deleted. Since we hold no personal data, in practice there is nothing to hand over or erase, but you can ask any time at hola@tutoriolab.com.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes, such as turning on advertising, are announced before they take effect.
